Eligibility For Return and Refund
The product will be refunded and returned in case of damage in only 7 days after delivery. No return and exchange on color variations as color varies slightly due to different phone screen types.

Pre-Booking
If an article is out of stock, you can ask if it will be made or not so you can prebook. For that, you will need to make a 50% advance payment.

Non-Delivery
If the customer does not receive the parcel, they will not be eligible for cash on delivery in the future; only advance payment will be accepted.
